65+ hands on healing painting workshop with Sally Victoria
Join artist Sally Victoria for relaxed, friendly painting sessions designed especially for adults. Enjoy a cup of coffee, connect with others, and explore your creativity through expressive hand-painting.
This two-hour session is all about enjoyment, not perfection. With no pressure or rules, you’ll be guided to paint using only your hands, choosing colours that speak to you and spark memories. Whether you're completely new to painting or haven’t created in a while, this is a chance to relax, express yourself, and have fun.
Painting by hand is calming, tactile, and often opens the door to beautiful conversations and reflections. It’s a joyful way to connect with others while doing something creative and meaningful.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your stories, and a love for colour.
Come along, have a coffee, and see where your creativity takes you
