Join us this Halloween for crafting activities, facepainting and trick or treating inside the historic Usher Gallery.
Start of your Halloween frivolities with shadow puppet decorations, then get ready with us and Wow Facepainting, make fun halloween crafts and knock at the gallery doors for trick or treat goodies!
Schedule of events:
1pm -3pm: Create shadow puppet decorations, booking coming soon.
4pm-6pm: Wow facepainting in the Usher Gallery learning room. Arrive in your costume and finish your look with facepainting by Wow facepainting and Usher Gallery staff.
4pm-5:45pm: Halloween crafts
4-6pm: Trick or Treat in the gallery! Each room in the gallery will have a different decorated themed door. Knock to get a trick or a treat!
This family friendly event promises to be a gentle introduction to trick or treating, with spooky (not scary) costumed staff and decorations so if you have young or sensitive children you can feel confident they’ll have a fun Halloween experience! And, best of all, it's completely FREE!
Costumes strongly encouraged, but nothing too scary please!
