Lunchtime Lecture - The Roman Cult of Toutatis

Part of our Lunchtime Lecture series 'Aspects of Roman Lincolnshire', find out about the local cult to the Gaulish War God Toutatis

Join guest speaker Adam Daubney for a look at the cult that seems to have existed in Roman Lincolnshire to the Gaulish War God Toutatis.  Evidenced by a growing collection of rings bearing the god's name, this talk will investigate the nature of this important and fascinating cult.

Lunchtime lectures start at 12.30 in the museum auditorium, and last for approximately 30 minutes.
