Plesiosaurs are amongst the most abundant and best-preserved large vertebrates from this country. They dominated the seas for most of the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. The Collection in Lincoln contains two important plesiosaur specimens and this talk is about their evolution, anatomy, biomechanics and behaviour.
