Get festive with us on Sunday 11th December as we host local artist Janet Schooley who will be running this creative make your own Christmas wreath workshop. Everything will be provided and will include a range of foliage, pine, blue spruce, tree ivy and bilberry. To decorate there’ll be pinecones, fairy lights, baubles and parcel ribbon.
You are very welcome to bring your own foliage or bring your own decor for example large bows, dried fruit, cinnamon etc to add those personal touches and make your wreath individual to you.
Janet has been hosting wreath workshops since 2016 and her workshop in 2021 sold out and due to popular demand has returned to The Collection events programme.
To ensure a safe and successful workshop all attendees must bring their own secateurs or a good pair of scissors, an apron or wear old clothes as it can become a little messy. We will be using wire to secure the moss and foliage on to the wreath ring and attendees are recommended to bring gardening gloves to protect them from any sensitivity to the materials being used.
