We have a film screening of American Honey on 2nd March 2017 at 6:30pm. Tickets are £2.50 plus online booking fee or £2.50 on the door.
The film is about a teenage girl from a troubled home runs away with a traveling sales crew that drives across the American mid-west selling Magazine subscriptions door to door. Finding her feet in this gang of teenagers, one of whom is Jake, she soon gets into the group's lifestyle of hard partying, law-bending and young love.
Written and directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Andrea Arnold, and starring Sasha Lane, Shia LaBeouf and Riley Keough, American Honey won the Jury Prize at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival.
